Before joining Business Benchmark Group, Jonathan spent more than a decade in corporate advisory and mergers & acquisitions, supporting businesses at every stage of their growth, transition, and exit journey. As a founder himself, he understands firsthand the tension between building for today and preparing for tomorrow.
Most recently, Jonathan played a key role in scaling an Australian wellness brand into a global network of more than 110 locations, ensuring the business not only grew but was also structured, governed, and positioned to operate independently of its founders and remain attractive from a valuation and exit perspective.
